Tracking Domino security vulnerabilities

What are the major security lapses in R5.03 and how should we take care of it? I am handling a Notes setup of 60+ server and was told to do security check on all the Domino servers. All servers are messaging servers and few have smtp routing enabled. We have a Hub-Spoke topology and servers are scattered over 3 regions: Asia, USA, and Europe. How do I start and what should be my approach?

The best place to look is the Hotlist page on my Web site www.DominoSecurity.org. I keep this page up to date with all known Domino/Notes security problems. (At least I do the best I can.)
