Tracking users trying to perform tasks above their access level

Is there a way to track users accessing a database and attempting to perform tasks above and beyond their access level?

We currently track (via the Stats & Events) users who are trying to open a database and are denied access. However, most of the applications we are tracking have a default access level of reader or author. So now we must track users who are attempting to perform a task their access level does not permit. For example, I have reader access but can't delete documents. If I try to delete a document, I receive the error message I'm not authorized to perform the operation. Is it possible to log this attempt somewhere?
You might look at some third-party applications for this. Go to www.DominoSecurity.org / Products / Data Auditing.
