Translating a Notes memo to another language

How can a user set his Notes mail to translate to Russian when composing a mail memo?
I found something called the WebSphere Translation Server, but it doesn't look like it supports Russian.

If this translation is something that this particular user will have to do regularly, may I suggest Babelfish.com? A few years ago, this site was sort of a fun, dinky operation, but a few months ago, it seems, they were taken over by some enterprising people who saw a real business opportunity. You can register and get an account (all free, I think) and then pay for the real translations. It won't translate as the user types in Notes, but it could be a decent solution.

Hope that helps a bit,
Dana
