Unable to do scheduled background replication

We have a Web application in our Domino server, and which was replicated with our Web hosting service provider's Domino server. Our Internet site is working fine. The problem is we are unable to do scheduled background replication. When we created the replica in our host server, the entry was not added in our replicator. So, whenever we replicate, it shows directly "Replicate with Options" dialog box (one-time replication). We created the connection doc as per the instructions given by our host service. Please suggest a strategy in this regard. Thank you.

Is this a scheduled replication from your server or client? It isn't clear here. When you mention replicator page, that makes me think of a client. If it is server to server, your server must have administrative rights, including the ability to create new replicas and new databases on the other server. If that isn't the case, your initial replication will never work.
