Updating a Word doc: Error -- "Could not be activated"

I am trying to update a Word document that is embedded in a form with an agent that is triggered from a Web browser. I use the object NotesEmbeddedObject and I use the method Active (False), as shown to try to execute the Word application, which is installed in the Domino Server. But I always get the error message "Could not be activated" .

Do you know if there is any other method I can use to update my doc or could it be a permissions problem? The agent runs ok when I trigger the agent from the notes client even in the Domino server.
You should be able to do this, I have done something similar with PowerPoint and what you're doing sounds correct. Are you sure that the agent has the appropriate authority to run over the Web? Is it running as the signer or the Web user? Could it be a file system permission issue because the server is trying to do this? Sorry I'm not more helpful.
