Dim DB as NotesDatabase
dim Doc as NotesDocument Set DB=SS.CurrentDatabase
Do until doc is nothing
Call Doc.save(true, false)
Loop When I tested from Notes Client, it worked properly. I would appreciate it if you would help me understand this problem. I am new to Notes 5.0 and our company still uses Notes 4.5. Where can I learn about developing the Web using Lotus Notes?
This works in Notes because the client can understand which documents you have selected in a view. You don't have this context over the Web so you'll need to know which documents the user has selected by allowing them to click a checkbox or some other similar method. Then, when the user submits the forms, you can process all the documents that were checked. In newer versions of Notes, there is a view property, "Allow selection of documents" that can help with this. Additionally, consider using the StampAll method of NotesDocumentCollection, it?s much faster when updating a single field for all documents in a collection.
