Upgrading Domino 6.0.1 on NT to 6.5.4 on Win2003

I will be moving my Domino server version 6.0.1 on Windows NT to another machine. I have installed Windows 2003 on this new server and am hoping to take the opportunity to upgrade to Domino 6.5.4. However, I am unclear of how to best do this to make it as seamless as possible for my users. Can I just install Domino 6.5.4 on the new server and then copy the data directory and notes.ini over? Or should I upgrade my 6.0.1 server first?
Yes, you can install 6.5.4 on the new server. Copy over your data, ID, and notes.ini, and you will be fine. One more thing: You should also shut down the old server and give the new server the existing IP address.
