Upgrading Domino from V5 to V6 and OS from NT to Windows 2000/2003

We want to upgrade our Domino from V5 to V6. In addition, we want to switch the Operating System from NT to Windows 2000 or 2003. Do you know of any issues or perhaps tips that you can tell us prior to doing the migration.
You shouldn't have any issues, but I would not upgrade the Operating System first. Domino 5 is not supported on Windows 2003. Domino 6.0.3 or higher is supported on Windows 2003. Make sure you take complete backups prior to the upgrades!

This is my feedback after Our Domino server upgrade to 6.5.2.

The only problem we faced after the upgrade was that, when we ran nlnotes.exe from the Domino server program directory, we where unable to replicate a database with another server. The following error occurs via a dialog box:

Unable to locate program: nwrdaemn.dll

The reason was that Notes Domino does not support the Notes client being run on the same machine as the Domino server. However, if it absolutely necessary that you do so, the Notes client must be installed into a different directory than the server program directory. The nlnotes.exe in the server program directory is for server use only, and not for the client.

Note: This error occurs regardless of the fact that nwrdaemn.dll does not exist in the Domino server program directory.
