Upgrading from 5.0.4 to 5.0.10

My Domino server and Notes clients are currently running on R5.0.4. I wish to migrate them to the latest version R5.0.10. I have two queries in this regard:

1]: Can I migrate directly from R5.0.4 to R5.0.10? If not, how should I go about doing it?

2]: I could not find the Domino Server incremental installers for R5.0.4a, R5.0.5, R5.0.6, R5.0.6a, R5.0.7 in either Notes.net website or lotus.com Web site. Could you please tell me where I can find them?
You can directly upgrade from 5.0.4 to 5.0.10. Just pop in the CD and go. IBM decided to remove those incremental installers from the web. I believe IBM business partners can get them, but I haven?t looked recently. I would just use the full CD. It's quicker and more complete.
