User Schedule Always Busy

I have a problem I've been working on for quite some time. I've called Lotus support but no solution yet. We have a Domino 5.06a clustered environment-2 servers. Clients running 5.0.4. We have 1 user (of course it has to be a VP having the problem) that always shows up in scheduling as being always busy -no free time. We have rebuilt clusbusy.nsf, triple checked his settings, and verified his calendar. Lotus will let you schedule a meeting with him at anytime, even though he is shown as busy if you check his schedule. One strange thing that may help you: We found a repeating entry in his calendar-a meeting that lasted for 27 days; so I think this is what caused the issue in the first place. Everyone at Lotus is baffled because nobody knows how it got there in the first place (lotus as Im sure you know will not allow a meeting to span midnight). We deleted this entry, although we did get a "can not span past midnight error", it seemed to delete it anyway. Another thing-As a recommended meeting time, the scheduler always will recommend setting up a meeting with this person that lasts 27 days starting on the current day. Strange huh? I'm considering just rebuilding his database file, but I dont know of an easy way of doing this without losing his calendar and email. If you can crack this one You'll rank on my list a genius. Thanks for any feedback or support.
Actually look in the busytime or clubusytime.nsf databases. There are documents in these databases which actually list your busy times. Is the time listed there?
