User can't connect to e-mail via HTTP

I have one user who can't connect to his e-mail via HTTP. When I type in the correct address (i.e., xx.x.x.xxx/mail/companyname.nsf), the Web browser reports it can't find the site. It works with everyone else and I've checked his ACL and it looks normal. Where else should I look?
You didn't say if it is one machine or if it happens from any workstation. If it is from any workstation, then my guess is you may think the URL is correct, but there is probably a rogue character (such as a space) in his file name. If it is on one machine, perhaps there is a browser setting or some DNS/hosts problem you need to resolve.
