Using LEI to perform synchronization?

I have a connection A in Notes Database and a connection B in MsAccess through ODBC. I want data in both the databases to be in synchronization, which means that I want any changes made in the connection A database to be reflected in the connection B database and vice versa. Is that possible through LEI? I need some info on that, Please send me any manual or doc or link.
Yes, you can use LEI to perform a true synchronization of the data but it requires time stamp fields in both systems. That's easy enough to do in Notes, but you may have to add columns to your existing MS Access table. Once you have the time stamp fields you can select "Timestamp Replication", which appears immediately below the field mappings.
