Why am I getting a "certificate has expired" error when the user is recertified?

Hello, I keep getting following error recently: "CN=user name/O=company name failed to authenticate. Your certificate has expired." This error occurs even though I have recertified that user. We are not using Notes client to check mail, only iNotes and Outlook Express. Thanks for your help.

Obviously someone is trying to use that ID to authenticate with an ID that is expired. You may want to delete that ID and put it into Deny Access. I'd then rename/re-issue the correct ID to the proper person.
