iEnterprises readies new CRM software
iEnterprises Inc., Murray Hill, N.J., has announced the features in the upcoming version of its Domino-based CRM system. iExtensions CRM Version 5.2.5 will include four new databases for campaign management, sales order tracking, call reports and a company's custom needs. Each will contain built-in ties to Crystal Reports. Other improvements include the ability to send and save documents as PDFs and enhanced activity linking. The software is scheduled to ship soon.
AOL, FaceTime expand partnership
FaceTime Communications Inc., the Foster City, Calif.-based enterprise instant messaging tools vendor, said it has been certified as an AIM partner by American Online Inc. for its IM Director and IM Auditor products. Companies use those FaceTime tools to manage their instant messaging systems and make sure that messages comply with regulations and security measures. The new certification expands a four-year partnership between the companies, FacetTime said.
Versata updates development, management software
Versata Inc., an Oakland, Calif.-headquartered provider of software and services to automate the development and management of data-intensive applications, has released Versata Logic Suite version 5.6.2. It adds support for the IBM WebSphere Application Server version 5.1 and improves XML integration and J2EE packaging. The suite, which consists of the Versata Logic Server and the Versata Logic Studio, will also be released by IBM and distributed through the company's Passport Advantage Program.
Ytria offers new version of Lotus Notes ToolsYtria Inc., a Montreal-based software development company that specializes in Notes/Domino productivity tools, recently announced new versions of four of its products: scanEZ Release 1.8 searches, views and directly edits everything in a Notes database; actionBarEZ Release 2.2 simultaneously modifies all actionbars in a Notes database; signEZ Release 2.6 signs databases without the signer's password; and DesignPropEZ Release 1.8 searches, views and changes all design element properties at once.
Audiotrieve upgrades antispam software
Boxborough, Mass.-based Audiotrieve, LLC recently released InBoxer Version 1.2, an upgrade to its spam filtering software. The upgrade installs on a wider variety of configurations and offers a new self-repair capability. InBoxer is a free upgrade for existing customers. Look for a further expanded version in coming months that will filter both inbound and outbound e-mail messages based on filing and compliance issues.
