A 3rd SaveOptions State -- Only Stop the "Save Changes" Dialogue
The SaveOptions field is normally set to "0" (NO normal save) or "1" (Normal save). If you just want to stop the "Do you want to save your changes" dialogue, while leaving all normal saving methods available, try this:

Set the field to computed type and give it a formula of @DeleteField.
Unlike "Never Save" ("0"), this setting just stops the "Do you want to save your changes" dialogue.
Works in v4.5/6, sorry, haven't checked the rest.
