Accessing Hidden Views

If you're working on an application, and have hidden lookup views, there are a
couple of ways to access them. When an application is in development, you can
always change the design of the view to display the view.

However, if you're looking at a live application and want to check data in a
hidden view, you don't want to change the design. In this instance, all you
need to do is press CTRL-Shift and click on View->Go to... You're hidden views
will appear after the unhidden views. This also works from the right-click
