Avoid Bouncing The Server When Making Changes To Certain Areas Of The Public Name And Address Book

Generally when you make a change to the server document, you have to restart
the server for it to take effect. Where it's appropriate, always enter group
names rather than individual user names. Then, if you need to add someone to
the Access Server field for example, just add them to the group instead.
