For those who are still on 4.6, this tip is for you. Create a profile document that will allow users to create a short text signature and use an agent to open and edit that profile.
Second, store the signature in a hidden field on the memo forms and use the "@GetProfileField" and the "@AddNewLine" functions to get the signature from the profile document and append it to the bottom of the "Body" field when it is called.
