Create new letterhead with animated GI

These instructions are for creating new letterhead without going into designer!

These instructions are for creating new letterhead without going into designer! It does involve creating and using personal stationary. (note: using the new letterhead does create considerably larger sent emails...need to be conscience of this when using the new personal stationary letterhead and recommend not using it to send emails to a large group.)

  1. Launch Notes and get into your Inbox
  2. Change your letterhead to Plain Text to avoid having conflicting graphics (Tools / Preferences / Letterhead)
  3. Select Stationary
  4. Select New Stationary / Personal Stationary
  5. Click mouse in first bracket
  6. Select File / Document Properties
  7. Select third tab from left
  8. Select import graphic (use animated gifs for a really nice letterhead)
  9. Select Do Not Tile Graphic
  10. Change the background color of your email (optional)
  11. Close window
  12. Click mouse in second bracket -- this section will represent the body of your email
  13. Set your font and font size
  14. Click mouse in third bracket -- this section will represent your signature information
  15. Type in signature information such as name, office, title, phone number, fax number, etc.
  16. Select Save and enter a name for your stationary
  17. To use, select Tools / New Memo - Using Stationary
