Invalid Signature Error

After a user goes through the rename process, they are unable to access a
Domino 4.6 server. They receive the error: "Server error: The signature on the
certificate was found to be invalid." The rename process included moving from
a flat to a hierarchical name (i.e. John Smith became John Smith/XX/YY/ZZZ).

This problem was fixed by instructing the user to delete the old cross
certificate issued to John Smith. Then, when they attempted to access the
server, they were asked whether or not they wanted to add the cross certificate
to their NAB. The user clicked "Yes," and the error no longer occurred.
