Log Edit History

If you want to log the edit history of a document, you can use the following
formula - it will add a one line log to a field in the document everytime it is
saved. This includes the username and the date/time.
It assumes that you have a field called "history" that is a computed field - it
is a text field that allows multi-values.
var1 := @Name([CN]; @UserName);
var2 := @Text(@Now);
@If (
@IsDocBeingLoaded & @IsNewDoc;
var1 + " created this document on: " + var2;
@IsDocBeingSaved & !@IsNewDoc;
(var1 + " edited this document on: " + var2):history;
