LotusScript agent indexes Lotus Notes/Domino databases
Are you looking for a simpler way to search for information in your Lotus Notes/Domino databases? Use this LotusScript agent to automatically index databases according to specified keywords.
In my Lotus Notes/Domino infrastructure, I have several databases of varying degrees of importance. Being able to automatically index the databases using keywords in the title bar is very helpful for topic searches.

This LotusScript agent inserts "speaking" links into documents that have the same keywords in their "body" fields, indexing all Lotus Notes documents with related information.
Because this occurs automatically, you don't have to search for keywords in other documents. Simply place this LotusScript code in an agent and start it manually or schedule when you want it to run.
Note:The agent signer must have at least "Editor" rights.
