How many people set up their Out of Office agent and leave it to run on Local, by default? Then they don't have the access to change the agent. E-mail them a button which will set the agent to run on their home mail server.
Code: The first time the Out of Office functionality is enabled, the user will be prompted for which server they want it to run on. If they choose the wrong server, or their mailfile is moved, they will never again be prompted to change the server, and they may not have enough access to manually edit the agent.
Paste the following formula into a Hotspot button, and e-mail it to the people affected:
@Prompt([OK];"Completed";"Your Out Of Office Agent has been updated.")
If they run it from their mailfile on the server, it will set the ProcessOutOfOffice agent to their home mail server.
If they run it from a local copy of their mailfile, it will reset the agent to prompt for the server once more, the next time it is enabled.
