How to Scroll horizontally using the View Applet

You must first download the R6 code. This contains the file called Change the file extension of this program to a .gif or .jpg and then upload it as an image resource in to your r5 database. Now change the file extension back to a .cab - next reference that applet in your view default template using pass-thru html. I use computed text to build the database path and view name.

Here is the pass-thru html

<APPLET NAME="view" CODE="lotus.notes.apps.viewapplet.ViewApplet.class"
ARCHIVE="" ALT="View" WIDTH="100%" HEIGHT="500"> <PARAM NAME="cabbase" VALUE=""> <PARAM NAME="Database" VALUE="<Computed Value>"> "Here is the fomula: @Subset(@DbName;-1)" <PARAM NAME="ViewName" VALUE="0"> <PARAM NAME="PanelStyle" VALUE="LINE_BORDER"> <PARAM NAME="ViewUNID" VALUE="<Computed Value>"> <PARAM NAME="Expand" VALUE="TRUE"> <PARAM NAME="bgColor" VALUE="FFFFFF"> <PARAM NAME="cache_id" VALUE="85256B87006CBD4E"> <PARAM NAME="locale" VALUE="en-us"> <PARAM NAME="IconPath" VALUE="/icons"> The following line is hidden when FILTER = ""; Otherwise restrict the
View to only show filters contents <PARAM NAME="RestrictToCategory" VALUE="<Computed Value>"> </APPLET>
