Show Correct Date Format Help In Label

Notes does provide the determination of client/ server date format via the
NotesInternational class. However, there is no @formulas to determine the date
format.

So... how can we display a label besides a DateTime field to assist the user to
enter the correct date format (based on the client's regional setting)?

Here is the code. You can create a computed text in a layout region or you can
create a computed for display field for the label. The code merely adjust the
date "1st Jan 1999" one day earlier and then search to find if the first 2
character is 12. If it is, that means the format is MM/DD/YY, else it is
DD/MM/YY.
@If(@Text(@Adjust(@Date(1999;1;1);0;0;-1;0;0;0)) = "12"; "Date (MM/DD/YY):";
"Date (DD/MM/YY):")
