Smarticon Formula To Change Text/Text List Item Values.

Occasionally you may need to change an item value in a few documents that
aren't editable on the form. This usually requires that you create an agent in
the database, select the documents you want to change, and then run the agent.
This can be a problem if you don't have designer installed. Here's a way to
make life a little easier and it works on any document for which you have
Author access or better. Warning - this can also be dangerous so this is
intended for experienced Notes users only. Also, please note that this only
works on text and text list fields.
tmpFields := @DocFields;
tmpLastFieldChosen := @Environment("SI_LastFieldChosen");

tmpChangeField := @Prompt([OKCANCELLIST]; "Change Field"; "Please choose the
field whose value you\'d like to change"; tmpLastFieldChosen; tmpFields);

REM"Save State";
@SetEnvironment("SI_LastFieldChosen"; tmpChangeField);

tmpValue := @Prompt([OKCANCELEDIT]; "New Value"; "Please enter the new value
for the field"; "");

@SetField(tmpChangeField; @Trim(@Explode(tmpValue; ";")))
