To-Do List Database

I have so many things to do for my users (developing and administration) I
needed to write myself an easy to use To-Do list.
This is not just a to-do list, but it is a per-user to do list. This lets you
specify users for a task.
If there are multiple users for one particular task, you create ONE task
document, which then divides itself up into a seperate document for each user.
You can then mark each as done individually.

Create a new task, specifying the recipient(s). In the view, highlight the
document with the recipient's name, and then click "Mark As Done".
A check mark will appear next to their name.

1. Task (text)
2. Due Date (date/time)
3. Recipient (keywords from NAB)
4. SaveOption (default = 0)
5. Done (text, default = False)

Submit Action button:

QueryClose event code:
Sub Queryclose(Source As Notesuidocument, Continue As Variant)
Dim session As New NotesSession
Dim db As NotesDatabase
Set db = session.CurrentDatabase
Dim doc As NotesDocument
Dim newdoc As NotesDocument
Set doc = Source.Document

Forall x In doc.Recipient
Set newdoc = db.CreateDocument
newdoc.Form = "Task"
newdoc.DueDate = doc.DueDate(0)
newdoc.Task = doc.Task(0)
newdoc.Recipient = x
Call newdoc.Save( True, True )
End Forall
End Sub

Categories (in order):
1. Task (categorized)
2. untitled (icon),puts "!" next to overdue tasks
Formula = @If(DueDate<@TextToTime("Today");150;"")
3. Due Date
4. untitled (icon), puts check mark next to completed tasks
Formula = @If(Done="True";168;"")
5. Recipient
